Tuscan Glaze

  • 2 oz. Bonewerks Demi Glace de Poulet
  • 1 Tbsp Capers
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Tomato Paste

Combine all ingredients in skillet, bring to boil, done! Brush on Proteins!
