- Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Chopped Caramelized Onions
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
HEAT Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib in bag for approximately 20 minutes. Cut bag; remove short rib and shred. Return shredded short rib to sauce.
COMBINE ground beef, caramelized onions, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 8 equal-sized patties. Top 4 of the patties with equal amounts of the shredded short rib. Top with remaining patties; seal edges tightly
COOK patties over medium heat for 2 – 3 minutes per side. Cover; lower heat and cook for an additional 5 – 10 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
