- Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs
- 2 tbsp. Cuban Black Bean Dip (recipe follows)
HEAT Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs in bag for approximately 20 minutes. Cut bag; remove short ribs to a serving plate and keep warm.
POUR remaining sauce into a small saucepan; stir in Cuban Black Bean Dip and bring to a boil. Pour sauce over short ribs and serve.
Cuban Black Bean Dip:
- 1 can (16 oz.) Black Beans
- 1/3 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1/3 cup Chopped Red or Green Pepper
- ¼ cup Minced Red Onion
- 1 Clove Elephant Garlic, Peeled
- 2 tbsp. Minced Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded
PLACE all ingredients into a food processor; blend until smooth.
