Short Rib in Cuban Black Bean Sauce

(makes 1 serving)

  • Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs
  • 2 tbsp.  Cuban Black Bean Dip (recipe follows)

HEAT Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs in bag for approximately 20 minutes. Cut bag; remove short ribs to a serving plate and keep warm.

POUR remaining sauce into a small saucepan; stir in Cuban Black Bean Dip and bring to a boil. Pour sauce over short ribs and serve.

Cuban Black Bean Dip:

  • 1 can (16 oz.)  Black Beans
  • 1/3 cup  Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup  Chopped Red or Green Pepper
  • ¼ cup  Minced Red Onion
  • 1  Clove Elephant Garlic, Peeled
  • 2 tbsp.  Minced Fresh Cilantro
  • 1  Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded

PLACE all ingredients into a food processor; blend until smooth.
