Sauerkraut-Pork Demi Glace

(makes approx. 8 oz.)

  • 4 oz.  BONEWERKS Culinarte Demi Glace de Porc Classic
  • 3 tbsp.  Sauerkraut
  • 1 tbsp.  Diced Apple
  • 1 tsp.  Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp.  Caraway Seeds
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to Taste

HEAT Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Porc Classic in a small saucepan. Stir in sauerkraut, apple, brown sugar and caraway seeds; bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
