Rosemary Creme Sauce

(makes approx. 8 oz.)

  • 1/4 cup  White Wine
  • 1 tsp.  Chopped Rosemary
  • 1 tsp.  Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 cup  Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 oz.  Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Poulet Classic
  • Salt and Pepper, to Taste
HEAT wine, rosemary and garlic in a saucepan; reduce by 75%.
STIR in heavy whipping cream and reduce by 50%.
STIR in Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Poulet Classic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
