Take six bottles of your favorite high quality root beer. Reduce over medium high heat in a stainless steel sauce pan until it reduces down to one bottle’s worth of liquid. Place into a squirt bottle. Remove heated short rib from the bag and place meat on plate and squirt a tablespoon of root beer syrup into bag. Shake and distrubute onto the plate.

- 6 Whole Cloves
- 1 Chineese Star Anise
- 1 inch Fresh Ginger Root Smashed
- 1 inch Mexican Cinnnamon Stick (Canela)
- 1 Tbsp Toasted Szechuan Flowering Peppercorn
