- 1/4 cup Diced Roasted Red Pepper
- 1/4 cup White wine
- 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 oz. Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Poulet Classic
- Salt and Pepper, to Taste
HEAT red pepper and wine in a saucepan; reduce by 50%. Add heavy whipping cream and reduce by 25%.
STIR in Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Poulet Classic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stick blend if desired.
