Roasted Peach BBQ Pork Shank

(makes 1 serving)

  • Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Balsamic Barbecue Pork Shank
  • 1/2 cup  Fresh or Frozen Peach Slices
  • Dash  Cloves
  • Dash  Cardamom
  • Dash  All-spice
  • Dash  Cinnamon
  • 1/2 oz.  Peach Schnapps or Brandy
  • 1 tsp.  Butter

HEAT Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Balsamic Barbecue Pork Shank in bag for approximately 20 minutes. Meanwhile, place peach slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cloves, cardamom, all-spice and cinnamon. Roast in oven for 10 to 15 minutes.

CUT bag; remove pork shank to a serving plate and keep warm.

POUR remaining sauce into a small saucepan. Add roasted peach slices and peach schnapps; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in butter. Pour over pork shank and serve.
