Roasted Garlic-Tomato Soup

(Makes 8 servings)

  • 1 qt.  Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Poulet Classic
  • 2 cups  Roasted Plum Tomatoes
  • 1 cup  Water
  • ½ cup  Roasted Garlic Cloves
  • Salt and Black Pepper
  • 1 cup  Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tbsp.  Chopped Fresh Parsley
PLACE Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Poulet Classic, tomatoes, water and garlic in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil; season to taste with salt and black pepper. Puree; stir in heavy cream. Garnish servings with fresh parsley.
