Port-Cherry Demi

  • 1 1/2 cup  Port
  • 1 cup  Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Veau Classic
  • 1 cup  Preserved Cherries (with a little of their juice)
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
REDUCE Port by 2/3.

ADD Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Veau Classic and cherries (with no more than 1 oz. of their juice); bring to a simmer. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
