- 1/2 tsp. Caraway Seed
- 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Red Onion
- 1/4 cup White Wine
- 4 oz. Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Porc Classic
- 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- Salt and Pepper, to Taste
PLACE caraway seed in a heavy saucepan; toast for about 1 minute.
ADD onion and wine; reduce by 50%.
STIR in Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Porc Classic and heavy whipping cream; bring to a simmer. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
