Pomegranate Gastrique

(makes approx. 8 oz.)

  • 8 oz. ¬†Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Veau Elite
  • 1/4 cup ¬†Pomegranate Molasses
  • 2 tbsp. ¬†Plum Jam
  • Salt and Pepper, to Taste

ADD Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Veau Elite to a saucepan; bring to a boil.

STIR in pomegranate molasses and plum jam until blended and smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
