Peanut Sauce

(makes approx. 8 oz.) 

  • 2 tbsp.  Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp.  Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp.  Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tbsp.  Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp.  Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp.  Soy Sauce
  • 4 oz.  Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Poulet Classic
  • Salt and Pepper, to Taste
HEAT peanut butter, coconut milk, pineapple juice, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
STIR in Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Poulet Classic; simmer for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
