Mango Chutney Pork Shank

  • Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Classic Pork Shank
  • 1-½ tbsp.  Hot Mango Chutney

HEAT Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Classic Pork Shank in bag for approximately 20 minutes. Cut bag; remove shank to a serving plate.

POUR remaining sauce into a small saucepan; stir in mango chutney and bring to a boil. Pour over pork shank and serve.
