Kalbi Marinade

(makes approx. 12 oz.)

  • 12 oz.  Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Boeuf Elite
  • 1/2 cup  Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup  Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp.  Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp.  Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp.  Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp.  Minced Fresh Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp.  Ground Black Pepper

HEAT Bonewerks Culinart Demi Glace de Boeuf Elite in a small saucepan until melted. Remove from heat; whisk in all other ingredients until blended.
