Fresh Tarragon Sauce

(makes approx. 10 oz.)

  • 3/4 cup  White Wine
  • 1 tbsp.  Chopped Fresh Tarragon
  • 2 tsp.  Chopped Shallots
  • 8 oz.  Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Poulet Classic
  • Salt and Pepper, to Taste
HEAT wine, tarragon and shallots in a saucepan; reduce by 50%.
STIR in Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Poulet Classic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
