Dark Beer Pork Demi

  • 1 tbsp.  Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp.  Diced Shallots
  • 1/4 cup  White wine
  • 1/4 cup  Dark Beer
  • 8 oz.  Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Porc Classic
  • 1 tbsp.  Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp.  Dark Beer
  • 1 tbsp.  Stone Ground Mustard
SWEAT shallots in olive oil in a saucepan. Add wine and ¼ cup beer; reduce by 70%.
STIR in Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Porc Classic; bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy whipping cream, 1 tsp. beer and mustard.
