Curry Sauce

(makes approx. 16 oz.)

  • 2 tbsp.  Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp.  Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 cup  Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp.  Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp.  Grated Fresh Ginger
  • 3/4 to 1 1/2 tsp.  Curry Powder
  • 3/4 cup  Water
  • 8 oz.  BONEWERKS Culinarte Demi Glace de Poulet Classic
  • 1/4 tsp.  Soy Sauce
HEAT vegetable and sesame oil in medium saucepan. Add onion, garlic and ginger; sauté for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Stir in curry powder and water; bring to a boil. Stir in Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Poulet Classic and soy sauce. Return to a boil and then remove from heat.
