Buffalo Glaze

  • 2 oz. Bonewerks Demi Glace de Poulet
  • 2¬†Tbsp Franks Red Hot
  • 1/8 tsp Celery Seed
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Butter

Combine all ingredients in skillet, bring to boil, done! Brush on Proteins!
