- Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Classic Pork Shank
- 1 tsp. Sour Cream
- 1 tsp. Finely Chopped Chives
HEAT Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Classic Pork Shank in bag for approximately 20 minutes. Cut bag; remove shank to a serving plate and keep warm.
POUR remaining sauce into a saucepan; bring to a simmer. Stir in sour cream and chives. Pour over pork shank and serve.
NOTE: Toss warm spatzel into sauce before pouring over pork shank, if desired.
