- Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Classic Pork Shank
- 3 tbsp. Sauerkraut
- 1 tbsp. Finely Diced Apple
- 1 tsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Caraway Seed
- Salt and Black Pepper, to Taste
HEAT Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Classic Pork Shank in bag for approximately 20 minutes. Cut bag; remove pork shank to a serving plate and keep warm.
POUR remaining sauce into a saucepan; add sauerkraut, apple, brown sugar and caraway seed. Bring to a boil; season to taste with salt and black pepper. Pour sauce over pork shank and serve.
