Braised Lamb Shank with Mint Demi Glace

(makes 1 serving)

  • Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Lamb Shank
  • 2 oz.  Mint-apple Jelly
  • ¼ tsp.  Chopped Fresh Rosemary
  • 1  Fresh Mint Leaf, Chiffonade
  • 1/8 tsp.  Finely Chopped Garlic
  • 1/8 tsp.  Ground Black Pepper

HEAT Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Lamb Shank in bag for approximately 20 minutes. Cut bag; remove shank to a serving plate.

POUR remaining sauce into a small saucepan. Stir in mint-apple jelly, rosemary, mint, garlic and black pepper; bring to a boil. Pour over lamb shank and serve.
