- Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Lamb Shank
- 1 tbsp. Mint-apple Jelly
- 1 tsp. Champagne Wine Vinegar
- ¼ tsp. Finely Chopped Fresh Mint
HEAT Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Lamb Shank in bag for approximately 20 minutes. Cut bag; remove shank to a serving plate and keep warm.
POUR remaining sauce into a small saucepan; stir in mint apple jelly and wine vinegar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in fresh mint. Pour sauce over lamb shank and serve.
