Braised Beef Short Rib in White Truffle Demi Glace

  • Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib
  • 1 tsp.  White Truffle Oil
  • 1 tsp.  Sea Salt

HEAT Boneless Culinarte Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib in bag for approximately 20 minutes. Cut bag; remove short rib to a serving plate and keep warm.

POUR remaining sauce into a small saucepan; add white truffle oil and salt and bring to a boil. Pour sauce over short rib and serve.
