- Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs
- 2 tbsp. Bourbon Glaze (recipe follows)
HEAT Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs in bag for approximately 20 minutes. Remove short ribs to a serving plate and keep warm.
POUR remaining sauce into a saucepan; stir in Bourbon Glaze and bring to a boil. Pour sauce over short ribs and serve.
(makes approx. 1 cup)
- 1.750 bottle Bourbon
- 4 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1-1/2 oz. Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp. Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
PLACE bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and black pepper in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce by 2/3.
NOTE: Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Lamb Shank may also be used, if desired.
