Bourbon Glaze

(makes about ½ cup)

  • 1/4 tsp.  Chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp.  Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp.  Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp.  Bourbon
  • 1/8 tsp.  Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 oz.  Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Veau Classic
HEAT garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, bourbon and black pepper in a small saucepan. Simmer for 2 minutes.
STIR in Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Veau Classic until blended.
