Bonewerks Marinade

(makes approx. 10 oz.)

  • 2 oz.  Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Boeuf Elite
  • 1/2 cup  Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup  Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup  Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp.  Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp.  Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp.  Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp.  Celery Salt

HEAT Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Boeuf Elite in a small saucepan until melted. Remove from heat; whisk in all other ingredients until blended.
