Black Pepper Glaze

  • 2 oz. Bonewerks Demi Glace de Veau
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar

Combine all ingredients in skillet, bring to boil, done! Brush on Proteins!
