- Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
- 2 oz. Mushroom Duxelle (divided)
- Egg Wash
HEAT Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib in bag for about 20 minutes. Cut bag; remove short rib and cut into approximately 1-1/2″ pieces. Pour remaining sauce into a small saucepan; keep warm.
CUT puff pastry into 3″ squares. Place 1 tablespoon of mushroom duxelle in the center of each puff pastry square. Place short rib piece on top of duxelle and wrap tightly. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet and egg wash pastry.
BAKE in a 425 degree oven until golden brown. Serve with remaining sauce.
