(makes 24 mushrooms)
- Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib
- 24 Button Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 cup Fresh Bread Crumbs
- 1 bunch Green Onions, Finely Chopped
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 3.5 oz. Boursin Cheese
HEAT Bonewerks Culinarte Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib in bag for 20 minutes. Cut bag; remove short rib and shred. Return shredded short rib to sauce.
REMOVE stems from mushrooms and finely dice.
SAUTE diced mushroom stems and garlic in olive oil in a large saucepan.
STIR in shredded short rib and sauce. Remove from heat; add bread crumbs, green onion, Boursin cheese, salt and pepper. Stir until cheese is incorporated.
STUFF mushroom caps with short rib mixture. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 – 13 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
