Beef Au Jus

(makes approx. 12 oz.)

  • 1 tbsp.  Butter
  • 1  Small Onion, Chopped
  • 2  Garlic Cloves, Crushed
  • 4 oz.  Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Boeuf Elite
  • 10 oz.  Water
  • 3  Fresh Bay Leaves
  • 1  Sprig Fresh Thyme
  • 10  Peppercorns
  • ¼ tsp.  Salt

CARAMELIZE heavily the onion and garlic in butter in a small saucepan.

STIR in Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Boeuf Elite, water, bay leaves, thyme, peppercorns and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes; strain.

Ready to serve over your favorite meats.
