Apple Pork Demi

(makes approx. 8 oz.)

  • 1 tsp.  Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp.  Diced Shallots
  • 4 oz.  Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Porc Classic
  • 5 tbsp.  Chunky Applesauce
  • 1/4 cup  Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp.  Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp.  Chopped Fresh Sage
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to Taste
SAUTE shallots in olive oil in a saucepan.
STIR in Bonewerks Culinarte Demi Glace de Porc Classic, applesauce, vinegar, brown sugar and sage. Simmer; reduce by 25%. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
