Chris Mariucci is VP of Culinary Operations. Chris has worked in all aspects of foodservice for over 17 years. After receiving his associate’s degree from Fox Valley Technical College, he worked his way up to Executive Chef and General Manager of Black & Tan Grille in Wisconsin. From there he went into the Foodservice sales and consultation side of industry with Melotte Distributing, a local USDA meat cutting facility.
Joining the Bonewerks team in 2016, he is back in the R&D Kitchen working on new product development & proprietary proteins, as well as working with the Chef Team across the country.
