Chef Tom SausenChef Tom is the Corporate Chef, President, and Co-Founder of Bonewerks.

Tom heads up the R&D team at Bonewerks and is active in proprietary designs, recipes, menu developments and cutting-edge food designs.

He has been a chef for more than 30 years, working in all aspects of foodservice as an executive chef, corporate chef and vice president of culinary operations.
