Chef Patrick Schultz

Chef Patrick SchultzChef Patrick is the Midwest Regional Executive Chef for Bonewerks.

Patrick entered the food industry in 1978, and worked as a chef for various clubs, hotels, and dining establishments. He earned his associate’s degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College. His passion for the craft led him to some interesting positions including being the executive chef on a private rail car for the owner of the second largest printing firm in the nation. Patrick wrote several cookbooks and performed yearly on stage for the utility company at the Wisconsin State Fair.

To challenge himself, Patrick began his own brokerage house to pioneer new products and excelled at sales and food demonstrations. He came to Bonewerks in 2000 and has found his home. He is involved with recipe development for the end user, educational training, and sales and marketing.
