Chef Nick Poccia

Chef Nick is a Regional Chef for Bonewerks. He has been an executive chef for more than 25 years. A member of the ACF of Philadelphia, Chef Nick has been an officer of his local chapter for 15 years. He has been named Chapter Chef of the Year and Culinarian of the Year, and has earned several ACF Gold medals in various culinary competitions.

Residing in the greater Philadelphia area, Nick enjoys teaching regional Italian cooking and is very active with the local apprenticeship program to instruct young culinarians. Chef Nick’s passion is to see young chefs grow and succeed in the industry. Our future is in the hands of young culinarians who will set the trends.
