Chef John is the Regional Executive Chef and Sales Manager for the Southwest Market. He brings extensive sales, marketing and culinary experience to the Bonewerks team.
Based in Texas, Chef John oversees distributors and end-users of the Bonewerks line. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in marketing. Following his passion for cooking, John attended Johnson & Wales culinary school in Miami where he obtained an associate’s degree in culinary arts. After graduation, he moved to the Florida Gulf Coast where he worked as a chef in the hotel and catering industry. He then relocated to Texas where he worked as a managing chef in the corporate dining segment. Before joining the Bonewerks team, he enjoyed a successful ten-year career as a top performing sales representative for one of the industry’s largest broadline foodservice distributors.
John’s major focus is to utilize his marketing, sales and culinary skills to serve and expand our customer base in the Southwest Market.
