With more than thirty years in the foodservice world, Ed has done many seminars and classes for organizations such as the Michigan Restaurant Association, National Association of Foodservice Professionals, American Culinary Federation, and the Research Chefs Association, working with all product lines to set trends and develop new ways of using products in upscale preparations. As Executive Chef for a foodservice brokerage company, Chef Ed has a great amount of food sales and demonstration experience.
